HAPI depends on volunteer foster parents to save lives! We have no physical shelter, so all of our adoptable animals are in temporary foster homes. Foster parents give their love and attention to the animals, while HAPI covers all costs of food, supplies, and veterinary care. Fostering is perfect for folks who are not quite ready for the lifelong commitment that comes with pet adoption, need a trial run of pet ownership before adopting, families who want to teach children responsibility, and simply those who want to help HAPI save lives!
