About Us

Hope for All Pets, Inc. (HAPI) is an all-breed 501(c)(3) animal rescue based in Southern Kentucky.

The primary goal of HAPI is to rescue animals around the state and find them loving forever homes. HAPI was founded in January of 2016. Since then, we have helped save thousands of furry lives around the state!

We pull cats, dogs, and sometimes other furry friends from county shelters who are at risk of euthanasia. HAPI then depends on volunteer foster parents to care for and sometime rehabilitate animals before they are adopted. We network with rescues in the US and Canada to save as many lives as possible. HAPI also assists families with basic pet needs, such as food and medical care, to prevent them from having to surrender their animals.

In 2019, begun organizing low-cost spay/neuter clinics. Our clinic provides spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines for families who may not be able to afford it otherwise. Spaying and neutering dogs and cats is the only humane option for reducing the homeless pet population, and we are proud to play a role in making it more accessible for all. In 2022 alone, we were able to alter over 1500 Kentucky animals!
